All tarot readings, spiritual guidance, and related services provided by Aura Artistry are intended for entertainment purposes only.

Tarot readings should not be taken as absolute truth or used as a substitute for professional advice. The information provided during a reading is based on interpretation and intuition and should not be relied upon for making legal, financial, medical, or other important life decisions.

Aura Artistry does not provide and is not a substitute for medical, health, or mental health advice from licensed professionals; legal advice from qualified attorneys; financial advice from certified financial advisors; psychological or psychiatric counselling; or any other professional services requiring licensed practitioners.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or any situation requiring professional intervention, please contact the appropriate emergency services or licensed professionals immediately.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Any actions you take based on a tarot reading are your own responsibility.

By booking a reading with Aura Artistry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you understand and accept these terms.

Aura Artistry makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided during readings.

Tarot readings reflect potential energies and possibilities and are not predictions of fixed future events. The future is shaped by free will and personal choices.

Pre-recorded readings are video recordings delivered to you by email (for example as an attachment or a secure link). What you would like covered—such as your questions, a life area, or a general reading—is agreed by email when you book, in line with the offering described on our website.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, active email address and for checking your inbox and spam or junk folders. We are not liable if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a full mailbox, or email filtering or security settings outside our control.

Completion and delivery times are not fixed guarantees; a reasonable timeframe will be discussed or confirmed when you book, and your reading is sent after payment is received and any details we need from you have been provided.

The recording is for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or publicly share the video or its contents without our written permission.

Pre-recorded readings are subject to the same limitations as all our services on this page, including entertainment purposes only, no professional advice, and no guarantees as to outcomes.

Live “face-to-face” tarot readings are conducted by video call. Sessions are typically held using Google Meet unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You book your appointment through our Calendly scheduling links (as shown on our website). Calendly handles available times, confirmations, and reminders. The duration and price match the reading type you select. You can cancel or reschedule using the links in your Calendly confirmation email.

You will receive joining details (such as a Google Meet link) via Calendly and/or email. You are responsible for a working camera and microphone if you choose to use them, a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and joining at the scheduled time in your own time zone.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms (including Google Meet or Calendly), your equipment, or your network connection.

Aura Artistry, its owner, and any associated parties shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of our services or any decisions made based on information received during a reading. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Due to the nature of tarot readings, refunds are not provided once a reading has been delivered (including pre-recorded videos sent by email and completed live video sessions).

For appointments booked through Calendly: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a refund of the booking fee; refunds may take approximately one week to appear, and your bank or card issuer can sometimes take a little longer. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking fee is non-refundable. You can cancel or reschedule at any time using the links in your Calendly confirmation email.

For scheduled live video readings, if you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), no refund will be given. The time was reserved for you.

If you have concerns about your reading, please contact us directly and we will do our best to address them.

All readings and personal information shared during sessions are kept confidential. We will not share your personal details or reading content with third parties without your explicit consent.

By using Aura Artistry's services, booking a reading, or engaging with our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
